Nexus continues to move forward well. A few highlights in terms of timing and finances.
Timing of Opening – Our timings continue to flex slightly, and we are currently working on the contractors handing over the building to us at the end of May. There will still be some fitting out of the kitchen and rooms that need to happen after that point, so it will be at least the end of June when are fully able to use the new space.
Finances for Nexus – We are really pleased with the progress we have made over the last few months with a number of grants coming in. We were really pleased to receive £36k from the High Wycombe Town Committee recognising the amazing community work St Andrew’s has done for many years. We currently need £65k to enable us to complete all we would like to do. We are praying, that by our Official Opening on Sunday 14th September we will have received all the money we need.
