Hills Café is a, not for profit, community cafe in Micklefield. We employ five local people, offer fifteen volunteer placements, and nine people have entered paid employment this year with skills gained from the café.
We use local, sustainable and ethical produce where possible. Our coffee is sourced from Wycombe based Bewleys, our sausages are from Laceys Farm in Lane End, and our bread is from Darvells in Chesham and gets delivered fresh daily. We work hard to keep the balance of a sustainable fully functioning café business and meeting our social aims. All the money made is invested back into the community; we are more interested in growing people than growing profits!
St Andrew's would like to support Hills Café, by raising £1000 towards their everyday running costs.
