Life or death… it’s your choice was the final sermon in the Are we nearly there yet? Series. After a recap of the whole series’ main points & themes, Jonathan unpacked the passage in Deut. 30:11-20 by outlining Moses’ conditionality of choice between choosing life & the blessings of obedience or the curses of disobedience and rebellion leading to death ultimately. The invitation to love the Lord wholeheartedly, walk in his ways and keep his commandments: Love – Walk – Keep was laid out and the invitation to love and obey highlighted. The reality of the word being near us was focused upon and the joy & delight that obedience brings celebrated.
