Each one of us is on a journey to become more the person that God created us to be, to grow into a place of spiritual maturity and this week as we come to the end of our series on Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, we are looking at how to become emotionally mature adults, reflecting on Hebrews 5: 11-14. I will be referring to the characteristics of emotional infants, children, adolescents and adults as outline by Peter Scazzero in his book and attach a handout with these if you would like to reflect on them further.
