Jesus has given us the good life by creating us for a life of calling. But what does this look like for us today? We know that we are called into relationship with our heavenly Father first and foremost, but how can we know what direction to go in to follow his purposes for our lives? Looking at John 1:29-42, we will see how John gives us a good model to further explore our God-given calling; he listens to the Holy Spirit, he follows Jesus, and he tells others, so they can know Jesus for themselves. Through looking at these areas, we can begin to ask ourselves how we can be more of who Jesus is calling us to be.
